SHR broadcasts on 87.8 FM to various parts of Hertfordshire 24 hours a day thanks to a network of participating listeners and low power devices. We also use VHF channels 863.500 MHz & 864.500 MHz.

Our Sunday webstream may sometimes be relayed on shortwave 7450 KHz to Europe and 11.770 MHz to North America. A local relay may also carry us on 1593 AM in parts of Hertfordshire.
